By using Aftersong you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Aftersong lets you bond photos and short clips to music and, with an account, join events with friends. Song suggestions from a photo are optional, best-effort and never attached without your choice. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for content you upload. “Continue on this iPhone” is a local-only mode. Joining an event creates a guest account for you; you can add an email or Apple ID later to keep those memories across devices.
Subscriptions
Optional Aftersong Pro purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Free features remain available without Pro; Pro benefits are described in the app paywall.
User content & conduct
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing material.
- Respect the other people at an event. You can leave an event or report abuse in the app. A host can end an event at any time.
Music services
Apple Music, Spotify, and other partners are governed by their own terms. Aftersong does not grant you rights to music beyond what those services allow.

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Aftersong.
